The website https://inca-orchids.nl belongs to Inca Orchids b.v., also trading under the name Inca Orchids. Inca Orchids is listed in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 70340021. Inca Orchids is established in Nootdorp at Langelandseweg 2, 2631 PS. Inca Orchids can be reached via telephone number 015-3101383 and via info@incaorchids.nl. Inca Orchids does not have and is not obliged to have a Data Protection Officer.
This Privacy statement describes how Inca Orchids processes and protects personal data relating to you as a visitor/user of the Website. This Privacy statement applies to the Website, regardless of how you gained access to it, and all related services.
Inca Orchids processes the personal data of Users of the Websites in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Inca Orchids is the data controller. Inca Orchids guarantees as far as possible the protection of the privacy of on you as a visitor/user of the Website(s). This means that Inca Orchids requires maximum efforts from itself as well as from its cooperation partners when monitoring personal data.
